On this chapter they talked about the law of time and that only the heavenly guy can wield it and control it and there's only one other person strong enough to take control of time and it's delphirem w.e his name is. But that doesn't explain how he got the letters unless the heavenly guy himself sent it idk why the evil would so idk still a bit confusing but it's giving answers
